Three Bell Day 16th June 2007
With the day and its itinarary well publicised within the Branch it was expected to be a well attended and very interesting day. In the end it certainly was very interesting, but not well attended.
Wickersley We started off with just 6 ringers, but made good use of the bells |

Mexborough It was here we discovered some methods to ring in addition to Stedman. |

Hickleton It was an interesting experience having to look in a mirror to see one of the ropes. |

Marr Almost a lock-out, but Brian retrieved the key from a nearby farm. Our numbers peaked here at a magnificent 9. |

Skelbrooke These bells were a real challenge, and made even the experienced ringers seem like novices. |

Womersley A nice large ringing chamber, but ear protectors were an advantage. |

Goole With only five of us left by the time we reached Goole we couldn't do the 8 bells justice. |

Tea Time We all enjoyed a good helping of fish and chips in Goole. |

Whitgift The hospitality here was second to none. Thank you ladies. The view was magnificent. |
