Visit to Lundy 29 June 2006 - 1 July 2006

Without any organisation at all most of the ringers ended up at the Northern end of the island at the same time (more than can be said about the general ringing on the first evening!)

It was fantastic hot weather, but we still noticed a few brass monkeys.

The Marisco (pub) was conveniently situated close to both our residences and the church. All of which got plenty of our attention.

There was a worrying moment when we became aware that Brian's closed leads had been reported to the authorities. We had to ring the quarter on the last day without him, but he's since been released into the care of the Cawthorne ringers.
Two peals (peal 1, peal 2) and one quarter were rung.
